Stock Essences can be taken directly under the tongue, mixed for personal blends, added to a carrier oil for massage or bath and added to drinking water or spray misters. Dosage levels may be taken under the tongue or in any other way one is guided to utilize them. Essences work on a vibrational level to reconnect and balance the electrical system. It is not how much one takes, but how often. We recommend taking the essences 2-4 times a day, but encourage you to use your own intuition and imagination in working with these tools for self enhancement.
